Itinerary

Day 1 – Portorosa (Messina - Sicily)
The day you’ve been waiting for months has finally come! The trip in the Aeolian Islands is about to commence!
Did you prepare all the necessary? I recommend you to free some space in your smartphone! You will need it for the pictures you are going to take. At 16.00 we will be leaving. Let’s meet a couple of hours before to prepare everything for this fantastic tour of the Aeolian Islands!

Day 2 – Pomici di Lipari and Panarea
The lighthouses of Panarea do not need presentations: they will welcome at the beginning of your trip and greet you at your departure. I know, you already want to go back there… Don’t worry, it’s just a goodbye!
Remember to make room for some obsidian stones… If you don’t take home some you won’t be able to prove that you visited Lipari! Collect them before or after taking a swim in the waters of Porticello. The choice is yous.

Day 3 – Lisca Bianca (Panarea) and Stromboli
Who doesn’t know Stromboli and its renowned volcano? During the day we will snorkel in Lisca Bianca, massaged by the bubbles of its waters… But the real attraction is at night. How about attending the volcona eruptions at night? It’s not something you see every day…

Day 4 – Salina
Moving from a paradise to another, we get to Salina. A joy for the eyes and the spirit.
Then we will head to Pollara and enter a moovie set… Here one of the most touching scenes of “The Postman” by Massimo Troisi.was filmed.
In the late afternoon, we will circumnavigate half of the island to reach the sunset in front of the village of Santa Marina, where the main port is.

Day 5 – Filicudi
Our sailing trip in Sicily continues with Filicudi, the oldest island of the Aeolian Islands. What is that? A Moai? Impossible… We are in Filicudi, not on the Easter Island!
In the afternoon we will reach the destination that all crews are waitinbg for: the cave of Bue Marino, where we will be “blinded” by the light effects created by the sunlight that hits the seabed.
Interesting day, don’t you think?

Day 6 – Lipari
Our “Aeolian Islands Tour” continues! Today we will return to the beautiful Lipari! Why not to enjoy the social side of this island too?
All those typical bars are waiting for you…

Day 7 – Vulcano
The last stage planned for this trip in the Aeolian Islands, is the island of Vulcano, sacred to the mythological god Volcano.
We will visit the Cave of the Horse (or Cave of the Hermit), characterized by galleries, wells, ponds and stalactites and stalagmites. I told you would have needed LOT of space for pictures, right?
In the evening we will return to Portorosa.

Day 8 – Portorosa (Messina)
The trip to the Eolian Island have been an awesome experience! It is 9.00 am and it’s time for checking-out.

The boats
The sailboat is a cozy floating house that allows you to visit places otherwise inaccessible by land and allows you to experience the sea from a completely different perspective. It is not just a mean to get to places otherwise inaccessible, it is a life style.
All boats are equipped with double cabins with double beds or bunk beds. This means that if you are not travelling with someone you know you will share the cabin with a new friend. The cabins are generally homogeneous by gender (men with men and women with women). Alternatively, you will have the opportunity to book the entire cabin for yourself or the whole yacht with all your old friends. Every boat is equipped with 2, 3 or 4 bathrooms. The kitchen includes a hob, oven and a large fridge. All Outcage boats guarantee the highest standards of safety and comfort. Throughout the winter, we select our boats carefully from certified shipping companies. Each boat is always newly built and has all the available options for cruising. Our itineraries are created paying the utmost attention to the locations, to ensure the right mix of fun, relaxation and breathtaking views.
JUST SIT DOWN, RELAX AND HAVE FUN!
The Crews
Whether you are an expert or a novice, crews are prepared previously to departure, and informed about essential rules concerning safety in particular.
We place the utmost attention in creating heterogeneous crews by gender and age of participants. Once you get on board, the skipper will take the lead.
For those who show interest in learning about navigation, there will be the chance to learn some notions of sailing and some essential sailor’s knots!
Skippers
Our commanders, coordinated by a skipper who is familiar with all the destinations, are top level professional. Each of them has plenty of navigation experience and has attended a training course lasted all winter in order to get ready to welcome and guide you through this unique experience! The skipper is the most experienced and the highest authority on board. He is in charge of leading the boat and is responsible for everything that happens on board. They will be available for helping you out in every situation. Every day the skippers will coordinate the routes to be taken, always keeping in mind the needs of the members of the crews on board. Each choice will be made to ensure the highest degree of safety for all members of the crew.
